Emissions mitigation: Reduce GHG emissions by 84% (in relation to GHG emissions BAU levels (2006)) including LULUCF by 2030 conditional to external support in sectors of energy, agriculture, forestry, land uses and waste. Adaptation: Priority projects: 1) Strengthening the capacity and resilience of the agricultural sector to climate change in the Comoros; 2) Capacity-building for the management of water resources for an adaptation to climate change; 3) Support program for the Union of the Comoros aiming to strengthen the resilience to climate change; 4) Rehabilitation of watersheds, forests and climate-resilient livelihoods + 2 other highlighted projects.
