Adaptation: Priority actions: 1) Promoting and improving the adaptive capacity of communities, especially through community based adaptation actions, and restoring the natural ecology system to respond to climate change; 2) Implementing management measures for protected areas to adapt to climate change; 3) Strengthening early warning systems and climate information dissemination; 4) Developing and rehabilitating the flood protection dykes for agricultural and urban development + 6 other highlighted priorities.
