Reduce GHG emissions by 25% (in relation to GHG emissions BAU levels (2010)) by 2030 conditional to external support and reduce GHG emissions by 8% (in relation to GHG emissions BAU levels (2010)) by 2030 unconditionally in sectors of energy, agriculture, waste and LULUCF.
Adaptation: Priority Actions:
1) Respond pro-actively to disasters and improve climate monitoring;
2) Ensure social security;
3) Responding to sea level rise and urban inundation.
