Emissions mitigation: Reduce GHG emissions by 44.4% (in relation to GHG emissions BAU levels (2010)) by 2025 and reduce GHG emissions by 45.4% (in relation to GHG emissions BAU levels (2010)) by 2030 conditional to external support in sectors of agriculture, energy, industrial processes and product use (IPPU), transport, and waste management. Adaptation: Priority actions: 1) Improve the Climate and Climate Change Resilient urban and peri-urban infrastructure; 2) Adapting the Agriculture System to Climate Change; 3) Continue to mainstream climate change in all national development frameworks; 4) Planning, development and implementation of an effective disaster preparedness and response strategy in support of climate change adaptation and loss and damage; + 6 other highlighted priority actions.
