Secretary-General Meets Osagyefuo Nana Amoatia Ofori Panin, Okyenhene King of Akyem Abuakwa, Ghana

14 June, 2024, ACCRA – CVF Secretary-General Mohamed Nasheed met on Thursday with His Majesty Osagyefuo Nana Amoatia Ofori Panin, Okyenhene King of Akyem Abuakwa, Ghana.

The meeting, held at the King’s palace, offered an opportunity for the Secretary-General to hear the King’s perspectives on a range of issues.

The Secretary-General said afterwards that the meeting was “enlightening” and he enjoyed hearing the King’s views on issues including the protection of nature and forests.

The Secretary-General thanked the King for affording him an audience.
