Reduce GHG emissions by 24% (in relation to GHG emissions BAU levels (2011)) by 2030 conditional to external support in sectors of energy, transportation and waste.

2) Infrastructure resilience;

3) Public health;

4) Enhancing water security + 6 other highlighted priority sectors.
