The Climate Vulnerable Forum regional meeting for Asia is taking place in Manila during 20-21 May 2015. Hosted by the Philippines (current chair of the Climate Vulnerable Forum), together with support from the United Nations Development Programme, the 2-day workshop will gather government policy-makers from a wide range of Asian nations. The meeting aims to identify and promote headline climate change policy priorities for vulnerable developing countries of the region. Secretary Lucille L. Sering, CVF Chairperson and Philippine Climate Change Commissioner, will be responsible for the opening remarks.
