The first global High-Level Meeting of the CVF aimed to articulate the global priorities of nations most threatened by the climate emergency, to galvanize the programs and partnerships of the CVF with the COP26 Presidency and key leaders, and to leverage and promote utmost ambition in climate action and the outcomes of the COP26 in favour of the CVF.

Ghana Leads Climate Vulnerable Forum
The Bangladesh Presidency of the Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) ended its two-year term, and passed the CVF Presidency to Ghana, in a ceremony held today. The CVF Presidency represents 55 of the most climate-threatened countries, in their global fight against the climate emergency.

CVF/V20 Presidency Handover Ceremony
The Bangladesh Presidency of the CVF/V20 ends its successful two-year term as it hands over to Ghana as new Incoming Presidency. The CVF Secretariat is working closely with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change and the Ministry of Finance of the Bangladesh Government, with support of Ghana for the event.
