12:00–14:00 – Friday 5 February 2016

Climate Vulnerable Forum (CVF) members met in Geneva for the first time in 2016 to discuss the implementation of the Manila-Paris Declaration and the 2016-2018 Road Map, both adopted at the High Level Meeting of the CVF at the UN Climate Change Conference at Paris (COP21). The meeting, hosted by the Permanent Mission of the Philippines as Forum Chair, welcomed the 23 new members of the CVF in a consultation on future activities. The meeting also discussed the continuation of the Forum’s #1o5C campaign together with civil society partners, the Vulnerable 20 (V20) action plan and a debrief of the outcomes of COP21.
